Viral Conversion is an ability of the medic class.

"Converts all virulent damage done by you into another damage type for a time."

Adds a buff to yourself, which will convert Virulent damage from all sources (Including level 1 and 3 of Ruin) into the designated type. The 100% armor penetration of Virulent damage is not maintained.
