Atlas alternative

Atlas article is very long and not user-friendly. I'm trying to create alternative, which will have all the functionality and be clearer for the users at the same time... I'll welcome any comments to this new version.

• By using headlines in the table the TOC is the same
• Areas column lists all the important areas in the zone
• Only thing removed is area place type designation (AFS base/Village/...)
