Overview
- Sgt Mullen stationed inside of Riverwants [sic.] you to kill Warnets around Lake Elinor and inside the Warnet Caverns and bring back proof of your deeds.

- We have to do something drastic if we're going to hand on to River-Base Krimm. For too long we've been sandwiched between the Bane to the south of us and the creeping swarm of Warnets to the north. It's time to buy us some relief by clearing out the Warnets. You didn't think I'd ask you to clear out the Bane did you? You may be a receptive but you're not THAT powerful... not yet anyway.
- I want you to march all the way to the Warnet Caverns killing every warnet you see. Collect me a trophy from each kill so that I know you don't just blow this off. If you can manage that then I want you to enter that hell hole and clear that sucker out too. Make sure you kill off the biggest mother friggin' Warnets in that place. That outta show em.

- Great job clearing out the Warnets. That brief respite let us get some greatly needed reinforcements in from C.R.F. We might just hold this place yet!

Walkthrough
Plenty of Warnets spawn on the island in the middle of Lake Elinor. You can also get the logos Planet from here.
The Warnets inside the Warnet Caverns drop the trophies needed for inside.
You will find Chelliak hovering around the innermost Research Station at loc 31, 98, -83.
Tozid appeared for me after I destroyed all Warnet Nests in Bug City at loc 283, 50, 30 (Map 283, -182.4). I am not sure if Tozid appears after you kill all nests in the caverns or just the two in that particular area. Update, Destroying the 2 'Hanging Hives' near the crate where Tozid spawns is all that is required to get him to spawn.
