Tooltip

A weapon's tooltip.
Tooltips are small windows that pop up when the cursor is held over certain elements of the user interface, such as an item or skill, or an entry in the options window or attributes window. These tooltips contain detailed information on that element, such as its' ranged damage, armor rating, ammunition used, modifiers, and overall function.
