Tools are specialty items often used for specific skills. Most tools are class specific, and may only be used if there is at least one pump in the associated skill or ability.

Tools are generally equipped via the weapon tray and used in the same style weapons are. Some tools do not require an ability or skill to use, and these tools are generally equipped in the ability tray and used as abilities are.
