It can only be accessed by someone with a Level Four Security Clearance. The only people who have that kind of clearance are members of Penumbra, the AFS Black Ops division. - One moment. I'm getting a priority one message from an Agent Perdu at Fort Defiance. He asks that you report to him as soon as possible. He's waiting outside the Fort Defiance gates.
