Locate Kappa Grupa Lohen and offer him an informal alliance with the AFS in the war against the Bane. Do whatever it takes to earn his trust.

- On the surveillance audio, we heard the name "Lohen" mentioned several times. I think he's the key to brokering a deal with the syndicates.
- Several of the Grupas said that Lohen was the "Kappa Grupa". In the Brann language, that loosely translates to "the Big Boss", or "the Boss of Bosses". He's got to be their leader.
- Find Lohen and tell him we want to cooperate with the syndicates. Winning back this continent is in everybody's best interest. Make it clear that we don't want to disrupt their businesses, we just need their help. Do whatever it takes to earn Lohen's trust. WHATEVER it takes. Understood?
