Jayson Venma:

If you are really here to help, you can start by taking these sample vials to get some water samples from the cascading pools. We need to measure the pollutant levels because the local plant and wildlife are being slowly poisoned and we suspect that the water is tainted. Get a sample from each key location marked on your map so that we can triangulate the higher concentrations of pollutants.

The only tricky part of this mission is that when you find the correct pool, you will get a notice that you filled an objective, but the walkie talkie indicator stays lit. Just ignore it and move on to the next waypoint.
