If something on the wiki does not work as it should, and the problem could be a "bug" in the software or server hardware, you may contact the Central Wikia Technical Team.

They work on all aspects of the site, from server performance, to maintenance and adjustments to the software, to developing new features for Wikia.

Bugs and feature requests should be made at bugzilla.

There is a Wikia IRC channel at #wikia on freenode where you can ask questions.

An alternative that may occasionally get a faster response is to post a message on the Central Wikia mailing list, because your problem may be one that other contributors have seen and can help you fix.
