Training point
A training point (commonly abbreviated TP) is a point that may be spent to improve a character's skills (a.k.a. "trainings") and abilities.
Characters gain two TP with each level, plus an additional two TP upon reaching level 5, level 15 and level 30 and an additional four TP upon reaching level 50. The number of unspent Training Points is displayed at the bottom of the Skill/Ability window.
