Overview
- The South Listening Outpost, sometimes casually referred to by players as "Turpis Outpost", or "Turpis Refinery Outpost", is the southernmost AFS area in the Pools zone. It is underground, and very small. Its primary purpose is to serve as a staging ground for assaults into the Turpis Refinery instance. However, it's teleporter makes it an ideal launching point for any southern mission in Pools.
There is no vendor onsite in this outpost. Players will need to either use the teleporter to move to a base that does have a vendor, such as The Snakepit, or they will have to enter the easily adjacent Turpis Refinery instance to speak with the medical vendor. There is a dropship here, but it is solely for accessing the instance, it is not a zone dropship.
