Agent Franz:

"Seems the Thrax rat out their friends in their sleep. Get down south and take out a Thrax named Naaaa ... something ..."

"The Bane scum may lie to us when he's awake, but if he's asleep .. or unconscious ... yeah. Not so easy to lie then, right?"

"So he was mumbling in his 'sleep' about another conscript. This conscript is apparently carrying something he really doesn't want us to have. So I want it."

"Unfortunately, what with the mumbling, we only have a partial name, 'Naa'. Get down there to the Bane base and see what you can find. If you come across a conscript by that name, kill him and return with any information on his body."

There are a number of conscript with names beginning with "Naa". The one you're looking for is Conscript Naan, located at the south end of the Bane Forward Command area, around -151, 120, -628. He has also been sighted at 73, 109, -770 and -91, 116, -713.
