Elder Toida:

Our scouts have noticed an increase in activity around the Bane Compound to the southeast. We believe there may be an inspection in the works with a high-ranked Bane named Cast'ka visiting the area. Reports lead us to believe he will be inspecting the outer guard towers.

Seek him out, eliminate him, and report back to me when you have done so.

Elder Toida:

Good work, Human. I'm guessing the inspection didn't go as planned, eh?

Walkthrough Edit

He's usually found by the southern gate of the Bane Refueling Station in a big mob of Thrax. If you wait long enough he will come out and wander.
