Queen Warnet Matriarch is a Boss in Warnet Caverns, you need to kill her for completing the mission Kill the Queen. She is a bit tougher than a regular Queen Warnet, and her regeneration is pretty high. Best bet is to use physical weapons and be prepared for a hectic fight, but otherwise has no surprises.
