Modules are items that can be extracted from or integrated into a piece of equipment in order to change the bonuses granted by the piece of equipment.

Modules can be categorized by what type of equipment they can be extracted from or integrated into (armor, weapon, and equipment). Each category has a set of module types (eg. Resist Fire, Body Bonus, Steal Armor). Some module types exist in more than one category (eg. there is a "Body Bonus" module for armor and for tools), and sometimes a module in one category grants a bigger bonus than another category (eg. "Weapon: Resist Fire [4]" gives 20% resist, and "Armor: Resist Fire [4]" gives 8% resist).

Each module has a level that is displayed in brackets, and there are 5 module levels available (each one with a color background displayed behind the module name): [1] gray, [2] green, [3] blue, [4] purple, or [5] red. Level 5 modules can only be integrated into equipment, they cannot be extracted. Modules can be upgraded one level at a time at a crafting station for a cost of mimeomech. The costs to upgrade a module grow geometrically: 1→2 is 1 mimeomech, 2→3 is 5, 3→4 is 20, and 4→5 is 100 mimeomech.

The following sections list the module types available in each category. To the right of each module name is a formula that describes the bonus that the module grants. mlvl = "module level" (eg. 1, 2, ..., 5), and ilvl = "item level" (eg. 1, 2, 3, ..., 50).
