Quartermaster Caufield wants you to find out what is delaying the shipment of supplies to his Armory. Investigate the path towards Daghda's Urn to see if you can find clues. The path can be found to the northwest of Alia Das. When you retrieve the shipment, return it to Quartermaster Caufield at Alia Das.

Locate Arms Supplier Oliver to find out what's delaying the arms shipment.

• Kill Proctor Fulgor

Kill the Lightbender named Proctor Fulgor and retrieve the Ammo Shipment for Alia Das.

• Return to Caufield
• Deliver the ammo shipment to Quartermaster Caufield at Alia Das.

Quartermaster Caufield:

"Our ammo shipment is late. I need YOU to find out why!

Sorry to snap like that, but my nerves are shot. I radioed HQ for an ammo shipment yesterday. They said it'd be here in the morning, but so far I ain't seen shit. Our guys down by the river are damn near empty!

According to the Requisitions Officer, some guy named Oliver is bringing 'em out here from Daghda's Urn. If he got jumped by an enemy patrol, my ass is on the line. Head out that way and see if you can find him, will you? And make sure you give him this requisition form."

Arms Supplier Oliver:

"Thank god you're here! We got hit by the Crusties on the way down here. Bastards made off with the ammo shipment for Alia Das!

I know the leader. He's a big Lightbender they call Proctor Fulgor. He and his goons hand out in a bunker southeast of here. Listen, you've got to get that shipment back and deliver it to the Quartermaster at Alia Das.

Watch out for enemy patrols! Bastards like to hide in the shadows and jump you when you're not looking.."

If you die after you've received the ammo shipment from Oliver, the mission fails and you must restart it. However, the Ammo Shipment for Alia Das will remain in your backpack, but it is worthless, so you may delete it.
