Retrieve the Logos Information - Time. The terminal for "Time" can be found within a pathway carved into a cliff-side south of Alia Das, near an AFS tower.

The Logos shrine for "Time" is located in a small cave south of Alia Das. Exit the AFS camp towards the south-east, turn left, pass a few harmless Young Forest Boargar and you'll find an AFS watchtower surrounded by AFS Light Turrets. South of that watchtower there is a group of AFS NPCs fighting with a few Thrax spawning in the area regularly. You may help them if you like, but it is generally not necessary as the AFS troops are well capable to hold themselves. Behind them, further towards the south, is a Forean tree hut. Walk up the ramp to that hut, and from the hut platform another ramp further up into the cave where you'll find the shrine.
