Receptive Liaison Noonan:

"Get to the Logos terminal containing the information "Summon"".

"Sounds easier than what it is... This logos terminal is behind an Eloh gate. I can download the coordinates of the Terminal containing "Summon" directly to your personal map but you will have to do a little extra work to get the gate open."

"In addition to Logos you should have already learned, you will need the information "Star" as well as "Enlighten" to open the gate. "Star", ironically, was found as the same site where we discovered the wormhole connection to planet Foreas. "Enlighten" on the other hand, is in a bug infested field straight southwest of the "Summon" terminal."
