Kappa Grupa Lohen is the Kappa Grupa of the Staal syndicates. The Brann title roughly translates into 'top boss man' or 'boss of all bosses', and thus the AFS consider him to be the unofficial man in charge. He's located at the top most floor in Staal. Easiest way to him is to use local teleporter close to the Staal waypoint teleporter.
