Infected Foreans are Foreans that have been infected by a strange disease, a virus unleashed by the Bane in Howling Maw and Plateau. They have lost their free will and will attack anything on sight. They retain a degree of Logos power, however, so beware their Lightning and Ruin attacks. They carry no weapons and will generally attack only with their fists and Logos powers.

- Corrupted Foreans - will probably appear in the yet unimplemented Howling Death Burrow instance.
- Decayed Foreans - will probably appear in the yet unimplemented Howling Death Burrow instance.
- Infected Foreans attack using Lightning, Ruin and melee. Can be found in the Howling Maw Death Burrow and Stryph Ruins areas on Howling Maw and the Ruins of Velon Das area on Plateau. They can also be found in the instance Velon Hollow.
