- You can earn special ranks and commendations by taking advantage of opportunities on the battlefield. Keep an eye out for Targets of Opportunity throughout Howling Maw, and try to complete them all!

- Do me a favor, soldier, and take any opportunity you can to take out Bane and Bane equipment.
- I'm up to my receeding hairline with casualties around here, so the more you take the initiative to destroy Bane assets, the less likely I'll have to get my hands bloody from wounded young soldiers.
- Keep your eyes peeled out there on the battlefield and you'll know what I'm talking about when the time comes. Maybe you're the hope mankind has been waiting for.

- I understand you've taken every opportunity to destroy Bane assets. That's good. I don't know if it really makes a difference, other than you making a name for yourself, to be honest. I thought that maybe if you took the initiative to destroy as many Bane assets as you could, it would make a difference in the amount of casualties I'd get. Seems that the Bane replace their numbers almost as fast as you destroy them.
- Good effort, though. I'm sure you'll be legendary... if not with us humans since I think our time in this universe is limited, then at least you will among surviving races... maybe.

Walkthrough
Complete these objectives as you traverse Howling Maw.
Note: The missions Curtain Call and Gaseous Matters are part of the mission chain starting from a Bane Terminal in Toma Springs.
There is no experience reward because you cannot complete the ToO until level 50.
