Hand to Hand Combat is an Training of the Recruit class, allowing the use of unarmed combat.
- "Allows fighting unarmed and striking with gun butts or Blade hilts in melee by pressing the Use key. At higher pump levels you will do additional damage and have a chance to knockback and stun your target.
- NOTE: Melee strikes cause most weapons (all except blade and staff) to degrade, reducing their effectiveness faster. All weapon melee attacks, including those made with staves and blades, use this training instead of their normal weapon training. The only exception is the blade's primary attack, which uses the Blade training (blade secondary attacks use Hand to Hand).

No action is required to utilize this training. Every newly created character spawns with level 1 in Hand to Hand Combat. The player may invest additional training points to improve the effect. For further instructions, see: Skills window
