Heal Over Time

Heal Over Time denotes a healing skill or ability that regenerates a character's health over a period of time. For example, a skill that heals 100 hitpoints over 10 seconds would heal 10 hitpoints per second after it is used. This differs from a instant heal which would heal all of the hitpoints immediately.
