Speak with Vakiel Latan of the Labbna Syndicate about the tense relationship between Captain Yamamoto and the Labbna Syndicate. You must choose between helping Vakiel Latan, or speaking with Captain Yamamoto to find out his side. Once you make your choice you can not change your mind.

Scavenger Vakiel Latan:

One of your officers does not like Brann. Captain Yamamoto has threatened me and my Syndicate.

I am liking to see new faces here in Ashoka. Your AFS has been good to me and my Labbna. But Yamamoto has come here and threatened me to my face. I think he uses the chaos of battle to shoot and kill Brann, pretending like it is friendly fire.

I think he is racist, and would shoot all of my people if he could. Your Colonel Linier is a good man, and it is only him that keeps the leash on Yamamoto.

You seem like a good earther. I would like your help to clear this problem and bring it to Colonel's notice.
