Brann Communications Tower is an instance located in south central Incline. Its path entrance is located at /loc 5, 233, -276 inside a building and the instance entrance is located down the hallway at /loc -42, 209, -314.

If you reach what appears the end of the instance and you cant go any further, (i.e. the teleporter to get to the final room where you get the black box is not active) go to -75, -157 (/loc -75, 272, -62). There's a control console there to activate the teleporter. The teleporter is at 60 -83 (/loc 62, 288, 9).
