Major Ston:

Radios, that's, that's what they have! We need those. We need those radios! Don't worry about the Fluxite for right now, we have a bigger problem. This isn't out in the open yet, but we have a potential mole in Fort Haroun. A squad of commandos made their way into the Orsa Garrison, you know, the Bane controlled area in the west? They got smoked out and captured.

Any other time this would have been written off as bad luck, but they Bane seemed to know exactly where they'd be and when. Captured em with stun guns and nets. Took them to a holding facility. I need to find out more, but I need to hack into Bane communications to find out more.

What I need from you, I need a comm device from a Lightbender and Caretaker. Each of those distinct types of Bane have their own comm officers. I'm going to set you up with some likely locations to check out. Find me some comm devices and we'll see what we can do.
