Overview
Lt. Cockerell wants you to bring him the real flight recorder from the downed AFS ship. You may have to kill a Thrax officer to get it.

- I need you to check out this AFS ship that went down nearby. It's, um, not listed on the flight register, ok, so keep this to yourself. You've shown youself to be more than capable which is why I'm going to trust you to take on this next mission. The ship that went down with the box of chemicals was actually not an officially sanctioned dropship. It's flight plan was not recodered, which was why I needed you to recover the box of chemicals.
- Because of that no one's actually looking for it yet, and it's flight data wasn't held in the flight recorder. That was a decoy, which will be property archived because of you. The real flight recorder is still out there, and I need you to bring it back to me.
- Don't waste any time though, because others are looking for it as well. It's just on the other side of the ridge from where you got the chemicals. If I'd known you'd be so efficient I'd have had you get both of them at the same time. If one of their officers is out there he's probably already taken it, and you'll have to kill him to get it back.
