Overview
Find Electro-Wing in her lair in the Magma Caverns and bring her to justice. Return to the child-like Thrax named Toby and tell him the exciting story once you are finished.

- Are you a super hero? There's a big meanie in that cave over there. Maybe you can teach it a lesson.
- Oh, yeah, thanks for saving me! My name's Toby!
- Those lightning monsters are big meanies. They always try to zap me and my family. Uncle Staylard says they can't help it, but that doesn't make any sense. Why would anyone be so mean? I wish I could teach those meanies a lesson, but I'm not like those super heroes in Aunt Nelby's comic books. See? I don't even have a cape.
- The biggest meanie is in that cave over there. I call it Electro-Wing, because it's got wings and it shoots electricity! It even sounds like a super villain, doesn't it?
