Scientist Luther Albright:

I need you to deliver a secret message to Major Dockery, the leader of this facility. Seconds before the Bane invaded the Outpost, I picked up an encrypted Bane transmission which appears to have signalled the attack.

After decrypting the transmission, I realized that originated from an AFS frequency. It appears that our very own Commander Merrick betrayed the secret of our Outpost to the Bane.

It's of the utmost importance that Major Dockery learns of Merricks's betrayal. Can I trust you to carry this message to him?

Now I understand how the Bane were able to achieve the element of surprise during their attack on the Outpost. What I don't understand is... how could COmmander Merrick betray us without General Montfell's knowledge? Merrick doesn't lift a finger without Montfell's express permission!

Anyhow, thank you very much for your help. Stay sharp soldier, if we can't trust our own... then who can we trust?
