Overview
Deliver the Bane translator to Agent Franz. He's located in the subterranean section of the jailhouse in the eastern side of Foreas Base.

- "If you can keep it on the quiet side, I've got a task that could ... further your military career, perhaps. I've arranged access to the prison sub-chamber. I suggest you head there."
- "Take this - it's the translation device from the downed ship. Don't lose it! Deliver it to Agent Franz. You'll find him in the subterranean section of the base jailhouse. Don't worry - I've sent word ahead so that the guards on duty will let you inside."

Walkthrough
The entrance to the prision is located in the base on the hill. Head over to the building covered with guards, there will be no doors and you can see the portal from the entrance. Enter the portal and it will teleport you to the prision. Then talk to him and finish the mission
