Researcher Erodan:

I need your help to stop Phanin. Tralos can help us, but he is wary of me.

You see, when the Bane destroyed our homeworld of Eredas, the upstart Phanin seized control of the research facility under Irendas Colony. With promises that his research would free us from this Ollj, he won the unwavering loyalty of many Brann. They follow him blindly, even helping him slaughter those of our people who would stand against him.

Phanin represents a threat to everyone on this planet. Whatever he is making is dangerous to the AFS as well as my people. He was imprisoned for developing mind control technology, which he planned to use to seize control of the government. Imagine if the Bane were to get their hands on this technology...

We must do something about Phanin, but he is selective with those he grants entry to the research facility. Engineer Tralos has remained independent through all of this, but his brother Miras is a dedicated follower of Phanin. We may be able to find an ally in Tralos, but he wants to avoid conflict. Perhaps you can speak with him, as a neutral party?

Engineer Tralos:

It was only a matter of time before Erodan tried to garner support from the ASF. Old fool and his damned agendas. Who is he to dictate our path? He has already given up on our homeworld.

I don't know what he told you, but I can't help you. I may not believe in Phanin, but I will not turn on my brother.
